RESERVATION POLICIES

We love all of our guests at NuYu & Naturally You Salons and Spas, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly locations. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Whether you are a first time guest, or our salons are your second home, you may contact us with any questions regarding booking at any time. All prices are subject to change due to hair length and density.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a nonrefundable fee of up to 50% of your booked service. Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment. If your stylist is running ahead or behind of schedule we do our best to let you know, and would kindly ask that you call in case you will be a few minutes late.
